Where we ship?
We ship anywhere in Spain and most international countries. Orders ship from our Barcelona shop. Ordres will ship within 1-2 business days.
Which is the shipping system?
We use Envialia for National shipments
We use Correos (Certified Mail) for International shipments. (You must check the Shipping conditions for more details)
All customs and duty fees are customer´s responsability to pay.
We are not responsible if the package is lost or stolen during the shipping.
How can I pay?
You can use Credit Card or PayPal.
Do you restock out-of-stock items?
If you are interested in buying an out-of-stock item, write us an email telling us which piece you are interested in. We will restock it as soon as posible and you will recieve and email with the restocked product.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order status in real time. If you go to your shipping confirmation email, you will find a tracking number and a link to the tracking website.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have finished your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
You will be able to use this email to track your purchase and as a receipt in case it needed to be changed.

What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
We always ensure that the sent products are in perfect condition but, in the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us: email@example.com
What should I do if I receive an incorrect item?
If you were to accidentally receive an item that you did not order, please write us an email:firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I change my purchase once I have recieved it?
You will be able to do it during the following 15 days since you recieved your confirmation email (Both included). We do not refund money. Pieces recieved out of the 15 days, will not be changed.
If you want to change your purchase, you must send the piece/s in its original packaging to our office:
C/Pi, 4 bajos 2, 08002 Barcelona.
In these kind of cases, we do not take care of shipping expenses.
¿How can I preserve Aguadé pieces?
All our jewelry pieces must be treated carefully.
You should avoid using perfumes, cosmetic or abrassive products, it will damage its color.
You should not wet gold plated pieces in order to precieve their color.
You should not graze gold plated pieces.
You should clean the pieces with a cloth.
We recommend you to keep the pieces inside special cloth bags.

Can I repair an Aguadé jewel?
